Nature Provides award-winning Vitamin D3+K2 is a liquid food supplement providing 3000 IU vitamin D3 and 50 mcg vitamin K2 per 5-drop serving. The formula uses vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol from lanolin, with vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7), held in organic cold pressed black seed oil (Nigella sativa).

The benefits of Vitamin D3+K2:

• 3000 IU vitamin D3 with K2 MK-7:
  Each 5-drop serving provides 75 mcg vitamin D3 (3000 IU, 1500% NRV) as cholecalciferol from lanolin, plus 50 mcg vitamin K2 (66.6% NRV) as MK-7 (menaquinone-7, 100% trans).
  
  

• Held in organic black seed oil:
  The vitamins sit in organic cold pressed black seed oil (Nigella sativa), which makes up 21 g of the bottle compared with 0.06 g mixed tocopherols. There are no flavourings or sweeteners, so the taste is the natural earthy, peppery character of the oil.
  
  

• Bones, muscle and teeth:
  Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal teeth. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
  
  

• Vegetarian, not vegan:
  The vitamin D3 is from lanolin, derived from sheep’s wool. The product is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.

  Supplied in a 30 ml Miron® violet glass bottle with a glass dropper. Take 5 drops daily with food. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 months. Formulated by Certified Nutritionist (Dip.NT) and CEO, Rachel Aceso.

Precautions

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of the reach of children. The NHS advises against taking more than 100 mcg (4000 IU) of vitamin D per day. Do not use this product if you are taking anticoagulant medication or if you are pregnant. If you are breastfeeding or under medical supervision, please consult with your health practitioner before use. Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 months.

Why no preservatives?

Protecting the quality and potency of our products is crucial, and we do this without adding preservatives.

Instead, we use Miron® violet glass, which protects the liquid from harmful rays of light while allowing beneficial visible violet, non-visible UVA and far-infrared light to enter. The filtered light slows molecular decay, so Vitamin D3+K2 keeps its quality and potency without a preservative in the formula.
