Damages and issues 

We try our best to ensure all items make it to you safely. However if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by contacting us before you return your order.

 

Subscription Cancelations

As we use a third party logistics company to deliver your products and orders are picked and packed within minutes of the orders being placed (during weekdays), we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a subscription order. If you miss this cancelation window, you are still able to return the product(s) to us, in their original state using the Standard Product Returns procedure below.

 

Standard Product Returns Policy

This returns policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our website. If you have procured our products through a third-party retailer, please liaise with them directly to address their specific returns and refund policies.  

We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange for any product returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, with tamper seals intact, and in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), and provided they are deemed to be in satisfactory, saleable condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that the crediting of funds may be subject to processing times determined by your payment provider.  

Returns of items purchased on sale or gift cards are not permitted under this policy. 

 

Standard Product Exchange Policy

The most efficient method to secure an alternative item is to return the original item in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Standard Product Returns Policy above. Once the return has been received, inspected, and accepted, you will be given a full refund. You may proceed to place a separate order for the desired replacement item. 

Cancellation and withdrawal rights

Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU

Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union generally have the right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

Customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union may also have cancellation or return rights under the laws applicable in their country. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

To request a cancellation or return, please use our returns portal.

You must notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Following notification, eligible products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Where a prepaid returns label is provided through our returns portal, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

We will process your refund without undue delay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where the whole order is cancelled under an applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, we will also refund any standard delivery charge paid. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service will not be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery service.

Food supplements and sealed products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel or withdraw does not apply to sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery and are no longer suitable for return.

Food supplements must therefore be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition, with the tamper-evident product seal intact.

Opening the delivery packaging or outer product carton does not affect your cancellation or withdrawal rights provided that the product itself remains sealed and otherwise meets the return conditions.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
